Founded in 1994,Zhejiang Zhongxing Equipment Co., Ltd. (Formerly Ruian Venus Seamless Steel Pipe Factory) was established in Ruian city of Zhejiang Province. Because of the development, we founded Wencheng Zhongxing Steel Pipe Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 2005 as our second production base in Juyu Industrial Zone of Wencheng County, which contains professional develop and research department, professional cold pilger mill production shop and production group.
